Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide for the payment of State aid to the County of Chautauqua, Town of Ellery, Maple Springs Fire Company and the Bemus Point School District there-in, with respect to State lands under the jurisdiction of the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation located in the Town of Ellery, in the County of Chautauqua.
