Summary

This bill would divert payments currently mandated under the law to be made to racetracks by OTB corporations from such tracks receiving vendor fees from the operation of VLT's into a fund maintained by the State Comptroller to fund a sound basic education. Further, it would divert some monies from the Division of Lottery administration surplus and unclaimed ticket monies into such fund.
