Summary
To require savings achieved in certain areas in the budget of the Office of Children and Family to be reinvested in alternatives to incarceration programs. The reinvestment amount is called the community reinvestment amount.
Title
An act to amend the executive law, in relation to establishing the office of children and family services shall determine the community reinvestment amount to be invested in alternative services each year
