AN ACT relating to public safety; authorizing the issuance of an order for protection of a vulnerable adult; providing for the enforcement of such an order; providing penalties for the violation of such an order; providing an additional penalty for committing a felony in violation of such an order; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
