An Act extending eligibility for certain individuals for emergency assistance and amending P.L.2018, c.164.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

      1.   Section 3 of P.L.2018, c.164 is amended to read as follows:

      3. This act shall take effect immediately, provided, however, that the provisions of paragraph (3) of subsection a. of section 8 of 1[P.L.,2018, c.164 (C.44:10-51)] P.L.1997, c.14 (C.44:10-51)1 shall expire on the first day of the [60th] 120th month after the effective date of this act.
