As introduced.
An Act concerning mandated health benefits and supplementing P.L.2003, c.193 (C.17B:27D-1 et seq.).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. a. The Mandated Health Benefits Advisory Commission established pursuant to P.L.2003, c.193 (C.17B:27D-1 et seq.) shall periodically, on an ongoing basis, analyze and review the financial impact of all mandated health benefits enacted by the Legislature.
