     Makes $5 million supplemental appropriation to fund New Jersey Civic Information Consortium.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved July 1, 2018 (P.L.2018, c.53).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2018, c.53, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

 

82 DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY

70 Government Direction, Management, and Control

76 Management and Administration

 

DIRECT STATE SERVICES

99-2000 Administration and Support Services  .................................

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill makes a supplemental appropriation of $5 million from the General Fund to the New Jersey Civic Information Consortium, for fiscal year 2019.  These funds will support the New Jersey Civic Information Consortium's mission to advance innovation and research in the field of media and technology in order to benefit the State and its residents.
