In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

A RESOLUTION directing the house judiciary committee to investigate former superior court justices Robert Morrill and James O'Neill and retired Grafton county superior court clerk Robert Muh for violations of the law and constitutions.

 

Whereas, there are allegations that former superior court justices Robert Morrill and James O'Neill and retired Grafton county superior court clerk Robert Muh failed to notice a hearing to parties of record who filed an appearance with no withdrawal; and

Whereas, this failure to send a notice was a violation of law and the due process provisions of the federal and state constitutions;  now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the house of representatives authorizes and directs the house judiciary committee to investigate these allegations and report to the house such recommendations for redress as it deems proper.
