STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT directing the university system of New Hampshire to conduct a study of the effects of prolonged human consumption of and exposure to methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE).
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 University System of New Hampshire; Study of Effects of Consumption of MTBE. The university system of New Hampshire shall conduct a study of the effects of prolonged human consumption of and exposure to methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE).
2 Report. The university system shall report its findings to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, and the governor, on or before January 1, 2016.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
