STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT making an appropriation for the ongoing training and education of pediatric sexual assault nurse examiners.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Justice; Appropriation for Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. The sum of $20,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 is hereby appropriated to the department of justice, grants management unit, of which $10,000 shall be for the purpose of providing ongoing training and education for pediatric sexual assault nurse examiners and $10,000 shall be for the purchase of software and network access necessary for the ongoing training and education of pediatric sexual assault nurse examiners. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

AN ACT making an appropriation for the ongoing training and education of pediatric sexual assault nurse examiners.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Department of Justice states this bill, as introduced, will increase state general fund expenditures by $20,000 in FY 2014. There will be no impact on state revenue, or county and local revenues and expenditures.
This bill appropriates $20,000 in state general funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 to the Department of Justice for the purposes of this act.
METHODOLOGY:
The Department of Justice states this bill appropriates $20,000 in general funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 to the Department for the purpose of using $10,000 for providing ongoing training and education for pediatric sexual assault nurse examiners and $10,000 for the purpose of purchasing software and network access necessary for the ongoing training and education of pediatric sexual assault nurse examiners.
