STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to the provision of services to electricity suppliers by an electric utility.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Implementation of Public Utility Restructuring; Provision of Services by Electric Utility. Amend RSA 374-F:4 by inserting after paragraph XII the following new paragraph:

XIII. An electric utility may provide billing, collection, and similar services to electricity suppliers. The price charged for such service shall be equal to the electric utility’s cost of providing such service or the market value of such service, whichever is greater.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
