Bill Title: Relating to funding substance abuse treatment. Providing that all moneys received for the substance abuse treatment fund under RSA 172:14 and all the interest received on such moneys shall, after deducting the necessary costs of administration, be appropriated and used exclusively for the substance abuse treatment fund. Such moneys shall be used exclusively for the purpose of the substance abuse treatment fund and shall not be transferred or diverted to any other purpose.
