A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 12.1-32-04 and a new section to chapter 54-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to factors to be considered in sentencing decisions and the data collection and reporting of bias crimes; to amend and reenact section 12-63-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the duty of a law enforcement agency to provide training approved by the peace officer standards and training board on bias crimes; to provide for a report to the legislative management; and to provide a penalty.
