A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to provide funds to support wilkes community college mulTIcampus site.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding G.S. 115D‑5(o), the State Board of Community Colleges shall approve the Health Sciences Complex multicampus site of Wilkes Community College.

SECTION 2.  Of the funds appropriated to the Community Colleges System Office, the sum of four hundred ninety‑eight thousand five hundred sixty‑five dollars ($498,565) for the 2014‑2015 fiscal year shall be used to operate the Health Sciences Complex as a multicampus site of Wilkes Community College.

SECTION 3.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2013.
