A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to AUTHORIZE orange county to provide grants to promote broadband in unserved areas for economic development in the county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of S.L. 2011‑163 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 3.  This act applies only to Nash County.Nash and Orange Counties."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
