A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the law prohibiting the setting of steel traps on certain rented or leased land in cleveland, polk, and rutherford counties.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 397 of the 1975 Session Laws is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
