A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to eliminate the DESIGNATION of tax on a tax return by an individual to a political party for the North Carolina Political Parties Financing Fund.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 105‑159.1 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  Article 22B of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes is repealed.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2013.
