Short Title:        Change Hours of Sale for Alcoholic Beverages.		(Public)
Sponsors:	Senator Jenkins.

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to remove the restriction on the hours of sales of alcoholic beverages.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 18B‑1004 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  G.S. 18B‑1006(q) is repealed.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law. Prosecutions for offenses committed before the effective date of this act are not abated or affected by this act, and the statutes that would be applicable but for this act remain applicable to those prosecutions.
