A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove a rule adopted by the north carolina board of pharmacy.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), 21 NCAC 46 .1418 (Advanced Pharmacy Technician) as adopted by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy on April 20, 2010, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on June 17, 2010, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
