A curative ACT of the general assembly to assign all inadvertently unassigned areas by session law 2011‑203, AN ACT to realign the districts for wake county superior court judge seats to provide for single member districts and equal representation in those districts, and to clarify the textual explanation of the plan for wake county superior court judges.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. G.S. 7A‑41(b)(4), as amended by S.L. 2011‑203, reads as rewritten:

SECTION 2. This act becomes effective January 1, 2013, and applies to the 2012 election.
