A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds for the cumberland international early college high school.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Public Instruction the sum of one hundred fifty‑five thousand dollars ($155,000) for the 2011‑2012 fiscal year to be allocated to the Cumberland County Schools to provide staff, programming, and equipment for the Cumberland International Early College High School.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2011.
