A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to amend the charter of the town of godwin to repeal the ban on the sale of spirituous, vinous, or malt liquors within town limits.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 8 of the Charter of the Town of Godwin, being Chapter 397 of the Private Laws of 1905, as amended by S.L. 2009‑5, is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
