AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF KEMPER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT EMPOWERMENT, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Kemper County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute from any available funds, an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during fiscal year 2012 to the Mississippi Community Development Empowerment, Inc.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
