Senate Bill 2421

AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 69-53-9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE REPEAL OF THE STATUES REGULATING AGRITOURISM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 69-53-9, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provides for the repeal of Sections 69-53-1 through 69-53-7 that provide for the regulation of agritourism is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
