AN ACT TO ALLOW RESTAURANTS TO PREPARE AND SERVE RECREATIONALLY CAUGHT MARINE FINFISH TO THE PERSON WHO CAUGHT THE FINFISH; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. It is lawful for any restaurant to possess, prepare and serve recreationally caught marine finfish to the persons who caught the finfish.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2014.
