House Bill 723

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE SANCTUARY HOSPICE HOUSE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Lee County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute annually an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the Sanctuary Hospice House.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
