(COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE)

AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN BRIDGE OVER U.S. HIGHWAY 45 IN LEE COUNTY AS THE "EUCLATUBBA MEMORIAL CROSSING"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  That bridge which is constructed over U.S. Highway 45 at Euclatubba Road in Lee County is designated and shall be known as the "Euclatubba Memorial Crossing."

     (2)  The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs approaching each end of the bridge described in subsection (1) of this section.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2011.
