AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO SALLY KATE WINTERS FAMILY SERVICES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to Sally Kate Winters Family Services, which is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of social services and family support to youth in need.

     (2)  This section shall be repealed from and after July

1, 2027.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
