AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AND THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF KEMPER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE MULTI-COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, and the Board of Supervisors of Kemper County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) during any fiscal year to the Multi-County Community Service Agency, Inc., a nonprofit organization that assists low-income individuals within the county.
(2) This section shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2021.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
