AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO EXPEND FUNDS TO SUPPORT LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL ACTIVITIES IN HUMPHREYS COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to expend funds during fiscal years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 in an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per fiscal year to support Little League Baseball activities in the county by purchasing equipment and supplies for such activities.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
