House Bill 1722
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE SENIOR CHANCELLOR OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO NAME A QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL TO SERVE AS A FAMILY MASTER FOR ITS CHANCERY COURT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The senior chancellor of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, is authorized to name a qualified individual to serve as a family master for its chancery court.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
