AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOWNDES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO EXPEND COUNTY FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF CERTAIN DEBRIS REMOVAL; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lowndes County, Mississippi, may, in its discretion, pay from any available funds of the county, a sum not to exceed Three Thousand Ninety-nine Dollars and Sixty-nine Cents ($3,099.69) to Looks Great Services for removal of storm debris directed by and for the benefit of the county.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
