House Bill 1685

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO UTILIZE FORFEITURE FUNDS TO PAY A CLOTHING ALLOWANCE FOR UNDERCOVER AGENTS ASSIGNED TO THE NARCOTICS TASK FORCE OF THE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi, may, in its discretion, utilize forfeiture funds to pay an annual One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) clothing allowance for undercover agents assigned to the Jackson County Narcotics Task Force.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after passage.
