Summary
A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Section 273, Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, To Conform The Pro Rata Signature Requirements From Each Congressional District For An Initiative Petition To The Number Of Current Congressional Districts And To Provide That Only One Proposal Of Law And Matters Properly Connected Therewith Shall Be Contained In An Initiative Petition To Enable The Electors To Vote On That Proposal Separately.
