An Act To Amend Section 1, Chapter 915, Local And Private Laws Of 2005, As Amended By Section 1, Chapter 930, Laws Of 2008, To Extend The Repeal Date On The Provision That Authorizes The Boards Of Supervisors Of Prentiss, Alcorn, Benton, Marshall, Tippah And Tishomingo Counties To Contribute To Northeast Mississippi Community Services, Inc., In An Amount Determined By Each Individual Board Not To Exceed $150,000.00 To Be Used As Matching Funds From The State Or Federal Government; And For Related Purposes.

Prentiss, Alcorn, Benton, Marshall, Tippah, Tishomingo Counties; extend repealer on authority to contribute to NE MS Comm. Services.
