Summary

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Madison County, Mississippi, To Allow Gates To Be Placed On County Roads For The Purpose Of Enclosing A Neighborhood If The Gate Opens Automatically Upon Approach Of Any Motor Vehicle Without The Use Of A Key, Code Or Other Device; To Provide That Such Gates Shall Not Be Considered An Obstruction To The Road Of The Type That Is Prohibited By Section 65-7-7; And For Related Purposes.
