An Act To Amend Sections 27-7-22.23 And 27-7-22.24, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend Until July 1, 2011, The Repeal Date On The Income Tax Credit For Certain Taxpayers That Use The Port Facilities At State, County Or Municipal Ports For Certain Charges Paid By The Taxpayer On The Import Of Cargo, And The Provision That Requires The Mississippi Development Authority To Report Annually To The Legislature Regarding The Impact Of The Tax Credit; And For Related Purposes.
