Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-11-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase To 30 Years The Number Of Years Of Creditable Service Required For Retirement Regardless Of Age Under The Public Employees' Retirement System For Persons Who Become Members Of The System On Or After July 1, 2011; To Amend Sections 25-11-103, 25-11-114 And 25-11-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
