Summary

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Marshall County, Mississippi, To Employ Additional, Part-time Assistant County Prosecuting Attorneys As Determined Necessary, To Designate The Responsibilities Of Such Attorneys, And To Pay Such Attorneys An Annual Salary Or Appearance Fee Not To Exceed 90% Of The Amount Paid To The Elected Prosecuting Attorney Of The County; To Require That The Salary Authorized By The Board For Additional, Part-time Assistant County Prosecuting Attorneys Be The Sole And Complete Salary Paid By The County For Such Attorneys; And For Related Purposes.
