Summary
An Act To Create The Mississippi Civil Rights Trail Fund; To Provide That Money In The Fund Shall Be Disbursed, In The Discretion Of The Mississippi Department Of Archives And History, To Pay The Costs Of Purchasing And Erecting Appropriate Markers At Sites That Are Significant In The History Of Civil Rights Movement In This State And To Pay Other Costs Associated With The Establishment And Maintenance Of A Civil Rights Trail; To Establish A Mississippi Civil Rights Trail Advisory Commission To Advise The Department Of Archives And History On Appropriate Sites To Include In A Civil Rights Trail; To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds For The Mississippi Civil Rights Trail Fund; And For Related Purposes.
