Summary

An Act To Amend Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Within The Definition Of The Term "qualified Resort Area" Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, Any Facility Located In Certain Areas Designated By The Governing Authorities Of Certain Municipalities; To Amend Section 67-1-16, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Election To Be Held Regarding Such Resort Areas And Allow The Qualified Resort Areas To Be Established If A Majority Of The Qualified Electors Voting In The Election Vote In Favor Of Establishing Qualified Resort Areas; And For Related Purposes.
