Summary

An Act To Amend Section 73-11-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Requirement That The Applicant For Reinstatement Of A License For The Practice Of Funeral Service Or Funeral Directing More Than Five Years After The License Expired Must Pass An Examination By The State Board Of Funeral Service; To Provide That The Maximum Total Amount Of All Fees Required To Be Paid For Reinstatement Of A License Shall Not Exceed Five Hundred Dollars, Regardless Of How Long The License Has Been Expired; And For Related Purposes.
