An Act To Levy A Tax On Wholesale Sales Of Gasoline, Special Fuel Or Compressed Gas Equal To 5% Of The Gross Proceeds Of Wholesale Sales Of Gasoline, Undyed Diesel Fuel Or Compressed Gas; To Provide For The Distribution Of The Revenue Collected From The Tax; To Provide For The Collection Of The Tax; To Provide Certain Exemptions From The Tax; To Amend Section 27-5-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
