Summary
An Act To Require Persons Who Appear To Vote In Person At A Polling Place Or The Registrar's Office To Identify Themselves By Presenting Certain Types Of Identification To An Election Manager Or The Registrar Before They Are Allowed To Vote; To Authorize The Issuance Of Mississippi Voter Identification Cards To Certain Registered Voters; To Provide For The Form Of Such Identification Cards; To Amend Sections 23-15-11, 23-15-541 And 23-15-719, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; To Amend Section 23-15-627, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove Agents Of The Elector From The List Of Persons Who May Orally Request An Absentee Ballot On Behalf Of The Elector; And For Related Purposes.
