Summary

An Act To Amend Section 59-21-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Each Person Registering A Boat Under The Mississippi Boating Law Of 1960 To Register With The Commission On Wildlife, Fisheries And Parks The Serial Numbers Of All Outboard Motors Owned By Him; To Amend Section 59-21-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That, If Applicable, The Use Tax On Such Motors Must Be Paid Before The Outboard Motor May Be Registered; And For Related Purposes.
