Summary

An Act Relating To The Administration Of The Mississippi Medicaid Law; To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow The Division To Implement An Ambulatory Payment Classification (apc) Reimbursement Methodology For Outpatient Hospital Costs; To Allow The Division To Reimburse For More Than Two Innovator Multiple Source Drugs When Less Expensive Than The Generic Equivalent; To Lock-in Provider Rates At 1999 Levels; To Lock-in Nonstate Owned Nursing Facility Rates At Those Levels In Effect December 31, 2009; To Revise The Percentage Of Medicaid Beneficiaries Which May Be Enrolled In A Managed Care Program; And For Related Purposes.
