Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-31-104, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide If A Project Is Located Outside The Limits Of A Municipality But Within The Boundaries Of The Municipal School District, The County Board Of Supervisors Of Certain Counties May Not Enter Into A Fee-in-lieu Agreement On Behalf Of The School District Granting A Fee-in-lieu Of Ad Valorem Taxes For School District Purposes; And For Related Purposes.
