An Act To Amend Section 83-9-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Commissioner Of Insurance Shall Resolve Certain Disputes Between Health Care Providers And Insureds; To Provide That The Commissioner Of Insurance Shall Adopt Rules And Regulations Necessary To Enforce Certain Provisions; To Bring Forward Section 83-9-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
