An Act To Create New Section 65-17-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow The Transfer Of Surplus County Road Department Equipment To Any Other Department Of County Government If Such Transfer Would Promote The Best Interest Of The County Government And Such Transfer Was Approved By A Unanimous Vote Of The Board Of Supervisors Of The County; And For Related Purposes.
