Summary
An Act To Amend Section 47-7-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If An Offender Whose Petition For Parole Eligibility Has Been Denied By The Circuit Court, Then Such Offender Must Wait Two Years Before Filing A Successive Petition; To Delete The Repealer On This Section; And For Related Purposes.
